Police Department detectives have
arrested a daycare worker for pinching children in her care.

West, 50, of the 300 block of S. Allen Ave., has been charged with two counts of Simple Assault for
pinching children at All Saints Apostolic Church in South Richmond. The
children are between the ages of three and five years.
The charges were
brought February 15, 2017.
