Richmond Police detectives have made an arrest in the April homicide of Lakeith Ruffin Jr. on North 19th Street.
Jihad Bryant,
27, of Henrico was arrested yesterday, July 28, without incident. Bryant has been
charged with first
degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and use of a firearm in the
commission of a felony. His

On Sunday, April 3, Richmond Police officers were called to the 100 block of North 19th Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Ruffin Jr., suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
