 Collision Results in Fatality on North Hamilton Street

 The Richmond Police Department Crash Team is investigating a collision in a parking lot on North Hamilton Street that resulted in a fatality.

At approximately 8:08 a.m., officers were called to the 1600 block of North Hamilton Street for the report of collision. Officers arrived and found several parked vehicles that had been damaged and found a female in her 80’s, down and unresponsive.

The RPD Crash Team responded and has determined the female and sole occupant had been operating her vehicle in the parking lot when her sedan collided with several parked and unoccupied vehicles. She sustained injuries during the collisions and was pronounced dead at the scene.
