Missing Juvenile Sought
The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a Richmond juvenile female who has been reported missing by her family.
Elienia Mendez-Anaya, 14, was last seen on Sunday, February 5 between the hours of 1 and 3 a.m., leaving her residence near the 1000 block of East 16th Street in the Blackwell neighborhood.
Mendez-Anaya is approximately 5’5” tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Her photo is attached.
She is believed to be in the company of an adult Hispanic male.
