Victim Identified in Hull Street Road
Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have
identified the victim in the homicide that occurred on Hull Street Road this
week.
At
approximately 5:36 p.m., Sunday, December 15, officers were called to
the 5700 block of Hull Street Road for the report of a robbery that was
upgraded to a shooting. Officers arrived and located an adult male, James
Owens, 38, of Chesterfield, down and unresponsive. He had suffered an
apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical
Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
