Richmond Police investigators do not suspect foul play in the death of a man found Sunday
morning.
Investigators have identified the man found deceased outside
4015 Park Ave. as Patrick J. Kelly, 32, of the same address. A passerby spotted Kelly
in the yard of the residence at approximately 8:49 a.m. and called police.
Investigators are awaiting the Medical Examiner’s report to
determine cause of death, but still ask anyone with information about this
incident to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by
your tip. Both methods are anonymous.
