Fatal Stabbing Victim Identification, Arrest
The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim from Saturday's fatal stabbing on East 29th Street as Ricky Jones, 54, of the 3000 block of Montrose Avenue.
At approximately 8:41 p.m., officers were called to the 00 block of East 29th Street for the report of a stabbing.
The suspect, Paul M. Manning, 58, of the 1400 block of Clarkson Court, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with murder. His photo is to the right.
