The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to locate the suspect who is wanted in connection to a homicide Sunday.
Detectives are seeking Ronald L. Mines, 26, of the 3200 block of Third Avenue. His picture is attached.
At approximately 12:07 p.m. on May 19, officers responded to the 1600 block of Fendall Avenue for the report of a person shot. Officer found Larry A. Austin, 28, of the 2000 block of Fairfield Avenue, dead of apparent gunshot wounds.
