Staff will join Third Precinct
Sector 313 Lt. Erlan Marshall for a walk through the Fan neighborhood this afternoon.
Officers will meet at 2
p.m. today in the rear parking lot at Fifth Baptist Church at 1415 W. Cary St.,
and spread out through the neighborhood from there.
They will talk with residents about crime trends in the area
and focus on building stronger relationships and civic engagement with citizens.
Command Staff members and officers will also talk safety
tips and ask what residents would like to see more of from Richmond Police.
