Richmond Police detectives have arrested a man in connection
with the theft of a city fire truck earlier this month.
Zachary D. Oakey, 20,
of North Chesterfield, has been charged with burglary and grand larceny, in
connection with the crime. A mugshot is not available.
The incident occurred sometime between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m.
from Feb. 3 to Feb. 4 at the city’s garage in the 1600 block of Commerce Road.
This investigation remains ongoing and more arrests are possible.
