Arrest Made in Southside Plaza Shootings

A North Chesterfield woman has been arrested for the shooting of two males last night at Southside Plaza.

At approximately 8:24 p.m. yesterday, Richmond Police received a call for shots fired in the 600 block of Southside Plaza. When officers arrived they found two victims in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim suffered non-life threatening wounds while the other victim's injuries, considered life threatening at the scene, have now been downgraded to serious.

Arrested without incident was Jodi J. Hope, 31, of the 5200 block of Goolsby Court, North Chesterfield. Hope has been charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Her photo is attached.
