The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to identify and find the men in the attached surveillance photos who are suspected of check fraud.
The two men are persons of interest in several cases of check fraud at local check-cashing stores.
The first suspect is described as a black male between five feet ten inches and six feet tall. The suspect is seen in the photos wearing a blue plaid jacket. The second suspect is a black male between five feet eight inches and five feet ten inches tall. He is seen in the photos wearing a red jacket.
Anyone with any information about the identity of this man is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
