The victim from this morning’s shooting on Old Carnation Street
The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim as
Deaullandy G. Coleman, 58, of the 400 block of Old Carnation Street
At approximately 4:08 a.m., officers were called to the 400
block of Old Carnation Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived
and found Coleman in a residence suffering from a gunshot wound. He was
transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries this
afternoon.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of
death.
Detectives are working the homicide investigation and have
strong leads in this case.
