The Martin’s Tour of
Richmond will roll through the city and surrounding counties tomorrow. Numerous
intermittent road closures will be in effect as a result.
Cyclists will start
at the Richmond Raceway Complex in Henrico County as early as 7:30 a.m., and
the course is expected to close at 6 p.m. Riders will pass through several
Richmond neighborhoods, including parts of Northside, Highland Park, southside
and the Downtown area.
