The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim in this morning’s

approximately 2:19 a.m., officers were called to the 1900 block of Redd Steet
for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and found William E.
Crutchfield, 34, of the 1900 block of Redd
Street
The
Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
