safe.

The
Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a
missing woman.
Elizabeth
F. Dalton, 28, is missing
after leaving a treatment center in the 3100 block of Ellwood Avenue.
She was last seen on November 8, 2019. Her mother is very concerned for
her safety.
