Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in yesterday’s homicide as Daniel A. Stark, a male in his 30s.
At approximately 1:53 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, officers responded to the 1800 block of Fernbrook Drive for the report of a person down. Once on scene, they found Stark unresponsive and suffering from trauma inside a residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause and manner of death.
At approximately 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, officers responded to the same area for the report of a fight. When they arrived, they did not see or hear any kind of disturbance.
