Victim Identified in Coalter Street Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim of the fatal shooting on Coalter Street yesterday as Robert Joseph, 25, of Richmond.
Yesterday at approximately 11:31 a.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Coalter Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Joseph, down on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where yesterday he succumbed to his injuries.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
