The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Raymond Fitzgerald. He is wanted in connection with a shooting last night in the 1700 block of Fairfax Avenue.Fitzgerald, 27, of the 1800 block of Idlewood Avenue has a felony warrants on file for malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds.
Around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, a male was involved in an argument with known individuals in front of 1710 Fairfax Ave. The victim was shot during the argument. His injuries are not life-threatening.
Anyone with information about Fitzgerald’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
