Robbery Suspect Captured



Thanks to the vigilance, and keen eyesight, of Fourth Precinct officers, a robbery suspect is under arrest.



Around 9 p.m. Saturday night, officers spotted a man walking along Garland Avenue that fit the description of a robbery suspect. Soon, the suspect was under arrest.



Officers captured Marcus T. Williams, 19, of the 19,400 block of Anderson Mill, Beaverdam, around 9 p.m. He was taken into custody without incident.



Williams was wanted for his role in the breaking and entering and robbery incident that occurred in the 3300 block of Second Avenue on Thursday, November 4.



The investigation continues. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
