Arrest Made in Rosemont Road Homicide


A woman has been arrested in connection with Sunday’s homicide on the city’s Southside.

Kimberley R. Thompson, 41, of Stephenson, has been charged with grand larceny and credit card fraud after she was found in possession of the victim’s property in Chesapeake, Virginia. Additional charges are pending. A photo is not yet available.

She was arrested without incident late last night by the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.

The investigation began at approximately 2:30 p.m. Sunday when officers were called to the home of Terry A. Mullins, 46, in the 500 block of Rosemont Road after a relative found him deceased inside the residence.
