Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to
identify the male in the photo and video (video sent separately) who is a
suspect in a robbery last night.
At approximately 11:23 p.m., a male suspect entered the
lobby of the Days Inn hotel, located at 6910 Midlothian Turnpike, with his hand
in a bag suggesting he had a firearm, and robbed an employee of cash. There
were no injuries.
The suspect fled on foot. He is described as a black male,
35-40 years of age, six feet tall weighing approximately 160 pounds. He wore a
black hoodie, shorts and black shoes.
Detectives ask anyone with any information about this
suspect to call Third Precinct Detective William Cutshall at (804) 646-1068 or
call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637,
using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are
anonymous.
