Suspect Sought in Parking Lot Robbery

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the man in the attached photo who is a suspect in a robbery that occurred Saturday morning.


At approximately 2:20 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, officers were called to the 1800 block of East Cary Street for the report of a robbery.

A male reported that he was walking in a parking lot at the corner of South 18th and East Cary streets when he was robbed by two males with a handgun.

The suspects left the area in a gold-colored Toyota Camry. There were no injuries.

A credit card from the robbery was used soon after the incident in a restaurant in Chesterfield County. The photo shows the person who used the card.
