Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the men in the attached photos who are suspects in a shooting that took place last month on Midlothian Turnpike.
Shortly before 11 p.m. on August 28, officers responded to a
hotel in the 6600 block of Midlothian Turnpike for a report of a shooting. When
they arrived, officers encountered the victim who was attempting to drive away
in his vehicle.
Detectives believe the incident began with an altercation,
which occurred during an attempted robbery. The victim was taken to a local
hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
Both suspects are described as adult black males, 5’8”-6’
tall with medium to large builds.
