Suspects Sought in Brady Street Shooting

December 15, 2016

Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify three men who are suspects in a November shooting that took place in the Windsor neighborhood.

At approximately 3:10 a.m. on November 27, officers responded to the 2500 block of Brady Street for a report of random gunfire. An adult male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds was quickly located. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

Three suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a small black hybrid SUV.

The first suspect is described as a tall skinny black male wearing a black mask and black clothing.

The second suspect is a black male, 5’2”-5’4” tall, with a medium complexion and no facial hair. He wore a blue shirt or sweater with a high neck, a black jacket with a hood and a black bandanna across his forehead.

The third suspect is described as a black male wearing all white or light-colored clothing.

Detectives with the Major Crimes Division believe the motive for this shooting to be robbery, and that the three suspects may be persons of interest in other incidents.
