Victim Identified in Ambrose Street Death Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in yesterday’s death investigation in Whitcomb Court as Jamoine Tyler, a male in his 30s.
At approximately 6:06 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, officers responded to the 2300 block of Ambrose Street for the report of a person shot. Once on scene, they found Tyler with apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
