Yesterday at approximately 1:10 p.m., Richmond Police Department officers were called to the 500 block of North 30th Street for a report of a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male, down and unresponsive, suffering from an apparent wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives will release the identity of the victim following family notification.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
