Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Sunday’s homicide on North 30th Street as Albert Harvey Jr., a male in his 30’s.
At approximately 1:10 p.m., officers were called to the 500 block of North 30th Street for a report of a person down. Officers arrived and found Harvey, Jr., down and unresponsive suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
