Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Sunday night’s death investigation on Accommodation Street as William Trent, 32, of Richmond.
Sunday at approximately 10:34 p.m., Richmond Police responded to the 2100 block of Accommodation Street for the report of a suspicious situation. Officers arrived and located Trent with a stab wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
This is a domestic related incident and detectives are speaking with everyone involved. No additional parties are being sought.
