Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Tuesday’s homicide on Rogers Street as Dontae Grissom, 29, of Richmond.
At approximately 3:29 p.m., October 19, Richmond Police responded to the 1800 block of Rogers Street for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Grissom, with apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
