At approximately 4:15 p.m., Richmond Police responded to the 4800 block of Chamberlayne Avenue for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and located a juvenile male in his late teens with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a local medical facility for treatment of his injuries.
The suspect, a 24-year old male was arrested and charged with attempted murder, use of a fire arm and commission of a felony.
