At approximately 5:30 a.m. early Sunday morning, October 31 Richmond Police responded to the 4800 block of Forest Hill Avenue for the report of a commercial robbery. The suspect entered the open business and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled on foot.
The suspect was described to be: black male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches, last seen wearing a teal (greenish) jacket with matching pants, he also had distinctive blonde highlights in his hair. The suspect was captured on video surveillance and his photos are attached.
