Missing person alert:
On Saturday, May 11, RPD officers took a missing persons report from the family of Devin Folkins after he was last seen at a gas station in Henrico County. He may also be involved in a hit and run that occurred on Tuesday, May 7, in the 6900 block of Patterson Avenue.
An individual, possibly Folkins, was seen running on foot northbound on Three Chopt Road following the collision.
Folkins has health issues for which he is prescribed medication. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Richmond Police Department’s Youth and Family Crimes Unit at (804) 646-6764.
