At approximately 6:49 a.m., officers were called to the 1500 block of North 21st Street for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male in a field suffering from a gunshot wound. The field is located between North 20th and 21st Streets and U and V Streets. He was pronounced at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the
cause and manner of death.
