Pedestrian Struck in Hopkins Road Hit-and-Run

The Richmond Police Department’s Crash Team is seeking additional information on a hit-and-run the occurred earlier this month.

At approximately 10:40 p.m. on September 9, 2020, investigators with the RPD Crash Team responded to the 3400 block of Hopkins Road, collected evidence and completed measurements. They have determined a vehicle traveling on Hopkins Road struck a pedestrian in the roadway. The vehicle did not stay on scene. A passerby stopped and called 911.  The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
