Suspect in Sexual Assault Arrested
Richmond Police have arrested the suspect in the sexual assault of a woman Saturday night that occurred in the 1800 block of Edwards Avenue.
Charles L. Duffey, Jr., 18, of the 4100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, was arrested today without incident. He has been charged with forcible sodomy and malicious wounding. Other charges are pending.
