Chief Bryan T. Norwood and the 104th Basic Recruit Class will be among the more than 35,000 participants in the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K tomorrow.
Chief Norwood and the recruits will meet 8:15 a.m. Saturday, March 27, at Richmond Police Headquarters, 200 W. Grace St., and walk to the 10K start area at Broad and Harrison streets. Their wave in the 10K is expected to start at 9:49 a.m.
Each week Chief Norwood joins the recruits for a run through various Richmond neighborhoods as part of their physical training.
