Richmond Police need the public’s help to determine the circumstances behind a young man’s death Sunday on Riverside Drive.
At approximately 5 a.m., officers found Osbin N. Hernandez-Gonzales, 18, of Chesterfield, in a wooded area in the 8200 block of Riverside Drive dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have seen or spoken with Hernandez-Gonzales, pictured below, to call them with any information.
People are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both methods are anonymous.
