Richmond Police needs the public’s help to identify two men who beat another man to death last year.
Peter O. Alisigwe, 58, was robbed and beaten in his residence in the 2100 block of Phaup Street at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2010. He died of his injuries at the hospital on Jan. 25, 2011.
The Medical Examiner’s Office recently ruled the death a homicide.
The first suspect is described as a black male, about 18 years old, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build who was last seen wearing a ski mask, a white shirt and blue pants.
The second suspect is described as a black male, about 18 years old, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build and a medium dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt and burgundy pants.
This is the Department’s 18th homicide of the year.
