Chief Bryan T. Norwood and the Department’s Command
Staff will join Sector 413 Acting Lt. Mike Phibbs in a neighborhood
walk through this afternoon in Jackson
Ward.
Officers will start the walk at 5 p.m. today at the tennis courts in Abner Clay Park and spread out
from there.
They will talk with residents and business about their public
safety concerns as well as informing them about recent crimes, such as an
increase in thefts from motor vehicles, in the area.
