The Richmond Police Department has identified the person
shot to death last night as Keona M.
Johnson, 17, of the 4000 block of Old Brook Road.
Officers were called to the 4000 block of Old Brook Road
shortly after midnight today for a report of shots fired. When they arrived,
they found Johnson dead at the scene.
Detectives are asking residents for any information about
this crime, and have been canvassing the apartment complex looking for anyone
who may have seen or heard something that can assist them in solving this case.
