Graffiti Vandal Sought

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify a man who vandalized a parking sign and the side of a building.

At approximately 4 a.m. on Aug. 28, an unknown male vandalized two objects in the 100 block of West Marshall Street.

He is described as a male with a thin build, full beard, approximately 5’10” tall and sleeve tattoos on both arms. He was last seen wearing a ball cap, tank top, dark stretch jeans and light-colored shoes.

He can be seen in the below surveillance images.
