Suspect Identified, Sought in Hull Street Homicides/Shootings

The Richmond Police Department has identified the suspect wanted in connection to the shooting of four people last week, but need the public’s help to find him.

Mark “Clean Up” Skeete, 28, of no fixed address, is wanted on two charges of attempted murder and two charges use of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with the shooting of two men on Wednesday, Sept. 17, in the 600 block of Warwick Village Drive.

Skeete is also a suspect in the shooting deaths of Saquenta Dixon and Andre Todd, both 26 and of the 5300 block of Hull Street, on Monday, Sept. 15, in the 5300 block of Hull Street.


Detectives believe Skeete is still in the Richmond area and ask anyone with any information about his whereabouts to call the Department’s Tipline at 514-TIPS or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
