Person of Interest & Vehicle Sought in Hull Street Homicides/Shootings

The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to identify a person of interest and find a vehicle wanted in connection with Monday’s double homicide and this morning’s double shooting.

Detectives believe the same person committed both crimes.

The person of interest is described as a black male with a dark complexion, approximately 5’6” and about 32 years old. He also has a New York accent and a stained or discolored tooth with a black line across it.

He was last seen Monday night wearing a black doo rag, all black clothing and a shirt with a white diamond on the front. Today, victims described him as having a goatee and wearing white shoes and gray sweatpants.

The vehicle is described as tan-colored, 2004 Nissan Sentra with the Virginia license plate “VAK 2807.”

Today’s shooting of two adult males occurred at approximately 1:07 a.m. in the 600 block of Warwick Village Drive. The victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

At approximately 10:37 p.m. on Monday, officers were called to the 5300 block of Hull Street for a report of two individuals who had been shot. When they arrived, they found Saquenta Dixon and Andre Todd, both 26 and of the 5300 block of Hull Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both died at the scene.
