Arrest Made in Talbert Drive Homicide

The Richmond Police Department has arrested a Petersburg man in connection with the homicide of Rolando Salas, which occurred in early November.

Johnathan P. Moseley, 26, of the 4600 block of Keithwood Drive in Petersburg, was arrested this morning and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. His photo is attached.
  
At approximately 9:53 p.m. on November 10, officers responded to the 1400 block of Talbert Drive for a report of shots fired. Within minutes they discovered the body of Rolando D. Salas, 30, of the 6900 block of Beulah Oaks Lane in Chesterfield County, lying on the side of the roadway. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
