Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male in the photo who assaulted a female and stole cash last week.
At approximately 8:44 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, the male approached the adult female victim as she was withdrawing cash from an ATM in the 400 block of East Belt Boulevard. He punched the female in the face, stole the cash and her bank card and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
