Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Monday’s homicide on Coalter Street as Antonio Riley, 28, of Richmond.
Monday, August 15, at approximately 12:48 a.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Coalter Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Riley, down and unresponsive outside of an apartment building. He had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation continues.
