Richmond Police Department detectives have identified the victim in Saturday's homicide in the Gilpin Court neighborhood as Jessie Crumble-Bullock, 18, of Richmond.
Saturday, August 13, at approximately 9:37 p.m., officers were called to the 900 block of St. Paul Street for a report of a shooting. One adult male, Crumble-Bullock, and one adult female were located, each having suffered a gunshot wound. Both were transported to a local hospital, where on Saturday Crumble-Bullock succumbed to his injury. The female's injury was not considered life threatening.
