Identified in Overlook Street Homicide
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide that occurred on Overlook Street on Tuesday as Tyrone Fleming, 51, of Richmond.
On Tuesday at approximately 5:08 a.m., officers were called to the 1400 block of Overlook Street for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Fleming, down and unresponsive inside a residence. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
