The Richmond Police Department wants to thank the media for helping it locate Jabril Ahmad Neville, wanted in connection with a shooting in Gilpin Court last week.
Neville, 21, of the 3400 block of Decatur Street surrendered shortly after the media reported police were looking for him.
Neville has been charged with aggravated malicious wounding, a felony.
